I double down on this idea.

The limited shut down is not as bad as it''s made out to be....
Ex.
San Francisco has privatized airport security and has improved operations considerably as all under preforming personnel are dismissed, as you know virtually no fed employee is ever let go.

Thanks Eddessa. I hope the shutdown serves to permanently furlough non-essential workers so they can seek jobs in the private sector.

Thanks Jarasan. The SOTU is to report to the *American people* what has been done already which is a long list. Also touch on what is urgent (the wall) and other things which need to be done.

If the Senate extends the invitation I hope he accepts.

Thanks Sully. If Pelosi wants to continue obstructing then let the American people see her as a dingbat who represents illegals, gangs, drug trade and human trafficking. She's a perfect example of what happens when a small minded self serving person is handed a little power.
