Yep,
I have watched auto repair videos on some things I did not know. I had knowledge of auto repair since I was young.
When I purchased a vehicle I usually purchased a Chilton auto repair manual for that year, make and model of that car.

I've replaced break pads, break lines, calipers, wheel hub assemblies, in tank fuel pump assemblies on my vehicles; in addition to the regular stuff: oil, oil filter, air filter, spark plugs / wires, coolant.

Some I look up online with multiple sources and purchase the auto books as well.
