I haven't gotten feb's numbers or pairs together (question from an out of state fan) we have a lot of people that come here to look ...I'll get to that before Feb also working on two theories with better results each day at least I know I think its going that way.....its a little better to explain it in short this way 

Btw this is for intermediate to advanced players beginners may get it but I don't want to confuse you .

So we are going to take the  3 

the 3 says your going to get a number that it came with in that many draws ...so 304 = 7 and in 3 draws you got a 7 with 657 

the 0 says your going to get a number from the pile in the next draw b/c its a zero ....so actually they carried over two of those numbers being 3 and 4 

the 4 says your going to get the number again in 4 draws so 4 draws later we got a 7 and actually we got the 8 from it but you would have to add the 3

and 0 (which is five) so we get that 8 from it as well . So I hope a light has clicked on for you .......I'm just throwing this out there it might help someone IDK
