I remember reading something several decades ago, some project the Chinese were doing with telekinesis or mind control, training a multitude of people to work together to all focus on a single thing or action to be done. I'm sure our CIA has explored the same type of thing.

Per what you posted about the focus experimentation I'll put on my tin foil armor and offer this probability: The media message is for impeachment so that is the focus they're narrating to all susceptible people who hang on its every word. I think it's being explored to its fullest as far as focusing on an action.

Above paragraph is in response to what you said, not to the article. However with the programming focus, add the "beaming a voice" to someone who is known to be unstable opens a whole can of worms.
