The same security agencies that didn't tell (or know about) JFK about the missile launch pads being erected in Cuba until they were very nearly finished? The same ones who assured him the Bay of Pigs invasion would be a resounding success? It made Kennedy so angry he said he should "smash the CIA into a thousand pieces and scatter it to the wind".

The same intelligence agencies that got us into Vietnam on false pretenses? The same ones who swore by the now debunked "Domino Theory" of nations falling to Communism?

The same intelligence agencies that told Reagan the USSR was a mighty force to be reckoned with? (the Soviet force that was rife with alcoholism, shoddy maintenance on their equipment, water in the bottom of their missile silos, the ones who paraded equipment past the Soviet brass for hours and hours yet the CIA didn't even know they were just "making the block" and it was the same equipment, the same troops and tanks and missile launchers again and again and again) The same USSR whose people were starving, who had to wait in line for hours to buy beets for their borscht or toilet paper?   The same USSR that was bordering on bankruptcy?

The same intelligence agencies who ignored the warnings and did not tell Clinton, then Bush that a terrorist attack was coming?

The same intelligence agencies that assured G.W. Bush that there were weapons of mass destructions in Iraq?

The same FBI that went from law enforcement to being an oppresive secret service under Obama? The one headed by James Comey, who lied numerous occasions to Congress, leaked details to the press of confidential conversations with the President, who refused to pursue criminal charges against prominent Democrats, namely the corrupt Hillary Clinton? The same FBI that steered fake documents along a path to artificially force the bogus Russian influence investigation that hasn't turned up a shred of evidence in over two years?

Don't you find it more than a little odd that it took only 12 men to storm Osama Bin Laden's compound in order to capture or kill him, yet it took 29 FBI agents dressed in black SWAT gear and armed w/ assault weapons, an armored vehicle, a helicopter hovering overhead and even two boats to arrest Roger Stone? All that was missing were a couple of tanks and a preliminary air strike to soften up Fortress Stone.

The strangest thing was just why was CNN in place an hour before the raid? I believe tipping off a news organization solely to tape the "perp walk" is a crime, wouldn't you think? In most cases like this, someone not accused of murder, grand theft or rape, would be allowed to surrender to the agency, but not in this case. It was for pure intimidation, plain and simple. IOW, an outrage if not a crime.

How about the senior FBI officials who stood up and applauded the now disgraced Deputy Director Andrew McCabe who said "First we f**k Flynn and then we f**k Trump. Well, Flynn was well and truly f***ed by the FBI, but at least McCabe got f**ked by Trump, yet all those who were at that speech and applauded it are still in place.

Those intelligence agencies need to be broken up, the insurrectionists fired and prosecuted for any or all crimes and replaced with honest people.   In that respect, Trump is Diogenes.
