NPR, the NYT and other leftist outlets are touting a different story...but what else is new?

Perhaps I've never noticed it before in the NYT comments (maybe that's b/c I don't make a habit of frequenting that particular news org.website) but if there's a comment that agrees w/ the slant of the article, the editors star it with a designation: "Times Pick". Scrolling through the dissenting comments (very few, of course) I see none of them so designated.

I can handle their slant; after all, many newspapers and TV networks have been biased for decades but what is inexcusable are the lies they tell...and they're getting bigger and more frequent by the day.

Trump did misrepresent the crime rate in El Paso before the barrier between the city and Juarez went up, but the murder rate DID go down immediately after it was built.

A little known fact that I haven't seen mentioned; did you know El Paso has one of the lowest mental illness rates in the U.S.? Scientists attribute that to the naturally occurring levels of lithium in the drinking water.   I think maybe we should start pumping that into the municipal water systems of NYC, Atlanta, St. Louis, Chicago, Detroit, LA, Portland, etc., maybe add some Prozac and Valium while we're at it. (and make sure sleazy and ambturd get a daily dose too.)

It would not do any good, both of them are too far gone.

I agree Konane, I believe more and more common sense people see the good President Trump has and is doing. Mike, that is an interesting comment on the drinking water. Give a quad dose to sleazy and his idiot friend, also build a pipeline to California.
