Corey Booker initially called this incident a "modern day attempted lynching" Now after development of the latest information that clearly shows the entire incident to be a hoax (as most intelligent people already knew) the angry leftist Booker is back in the news, explaining that he is withholding "juuudgement" on the incident. Essentially making excuses for Smollet and continuing to further the usual and predictable Democrat narrative of "conservatives are evil and bigoted people"

Not only was the entire incident a hoax, but also a false report of a crime. He needs to be prosecuted and serve time. But given the demographics and prevailing attitudes, the final report from the DA will most likely conclude with this line: "Case status is exceptionally cleared. No further action required".
