So, while Jeff Sessions was still in office, they agreed to to take yet another long and hard look at Hillary's email deal at the request of Trump who also wanted to appoint a Special Prosecutor. As you know, Sessions pushed back hard on this idea and it never went anywhere...and you also know why, Rush. Had they been foolish enough to listen to Trump, there was a minimum of four very high ranking individuals, all Republicans, and one being a still living president that they'd also have to probe. This is a FACT and you know it but you still choose to play on your listeners' being ever so gullible. You sit back and listen to Trump slam the NY Times over their reporting but, not a single one of you sorry muther f'ers, including Trump, breathed a word about their reporting when they were the FIRST to break the Hillary email issue on March 2, 2015! Nope!
