I told him he could be a multi-millionaire just by taking ten bucks down to Venezuela where one U.S.D. is worth 248,488 Bolivar. I told him if he waited a few weeks, he might could take twenty bucks down there and be a billionaire. I bet there's lots of billionaires in Venezuela, huh? Too bad it would take a wheelbarrow full of Bolivars to buy a roll of T.P. Probably be cheaper to just use the currency instead.
