My opinion on the matter is those who wish to abort will. Those that do not agree with abortion will not not abort.
The life and death decision of the child is in the hands of the mother.

I'm confused. If a pregnant woman gets shot to death during the commission of a crime, the killer can be charged with 2 murders, the mother and child. If someone kills a one month old child, (parent or not) they can be charged with murder. But if you kill a child right after its born, it counts as a legal abortion? So what is the cutoff date? When does killing a child that is born switch from an abortion to a murder? How long is it before it goes from one to the other? Hours, a day, a week?
