I to have left the Missouri Lottery more than 3 months ago for same reason. I have been playing everyday since inception. Like you said their RNG is corrupt, nothing fair, too many repeat numbers constantly. I have called and told them many times but they keep insisting nothing wrong. But how would they know since they are not allowed to play. They need to hire us as consultants ....we would know and can tell them the problem.

Go for it. It worked when Tennessee's RNG wouldn't allow doubles when they started theirs.
