Better Late Than Never For Liberals To Admit The Truth
Published:
Updated:
I disagree that Democrats are indifferent about immigration. They do have a plan and that plan is for votes to keep them in power forever. Illegals jumping the border flocking to free stuff gives them exactly what they're planning for.
They have no intention to work for immigration reform. That's been put on full display by fighting against the wall.
BETTER LATE THAN NEVER FOR LIBERALS TO ADMIT THE TRUTH
In its most recent editorial, The Washington Post criticizes the Republicans for not having “advanced a solution for the border.” Nothing new.
What is startling is that it hurls a devastating indictment of the Democrats “indifference” to the immigration crisis at the Mexican border.
In a powerful charge against the Democrats, the Post writes that Democrats, “are now at risk of being plausibly portrayed as a party indifferent to porous borders — a stance that is substantively wrong…”
The word “plausibly” means believable, with justification, with good reasons.
The key words are “plausibly portrayed” and “substantively wrong.”
It is better late than never for liberals to admit the truth.
With these statements this liberal newspaper accepts what we conservatives have been saying for quite some time:
The Democrats don’t give a hoot about the border—or in my opinion, Hispanics; they only care about how this mess will benefit them and how many votes will represent for them in the future. ...."
