a lawsuit against peter pan for tainted peanut butter

anyone here have legal experience?    my son got sick from eating the peanut butter by peter pan that was recalled.thought about filing something.

There's usually a Class Action suit, Mike. Try Googling Peter Pan lawsuit.
Actually, I just did it for you. Keep all doctor's records, supermarket receipts, and a log. You can't just claim your son got sick from it. It would have to be a jar with the code on the cap that is being recalled. Hope he feels better.
