Too many congress folks, only interested in feathering their nest at our expense and have forgotten why they were sent to DC, (now District of Corruption).

I like that. District of Corruption. To answer your question. Yes, we can change it. The next question is, do we want to? The excuses not to are many. It doesn't bother me, it won't matter, we've always done it that way, etc. The same kind of things you hear when the company you work for hires someone new that wants to change things.
But this is different. The way WE change things is at the ballot box. You want the same old, same old? Then follow your party and vote for the same old, same old.
You want something completely different. Then do something completely different.
It's kind of like the lottery. If your system completely stops working for you, do you keep spending money on it, or do you change your system?
