These are the Excel files used to create the screen shot form my previous post.

Instructions:
1>Create a new folder and name the folder anything you like. Example: Pick3Ultra34Excel
2>Download the zip file from the link above and save it to the new folder created in Step 1 above
3>Unzip all 4 Excel files
