Not arrested for his First Amendment right, but for "burning an object in a public place with the intent to intimidate". I can think of several more charges, unauthorized campfire, littering, air and water pollution, endangering others...there's probably more.

What a tool. Of course, he did it in a parking lot where he didn't have much of an audience and then quickly drove away. Big man, so brave.

The evidence keeps acculturating that we gat haters everywhere we go.  No longer do I cry when fake friends say, "Goodbye!"
