What a sadly poignant story of "too little, too late".   This is yet one more example of the criminal overreach by the EPA.   The agency either needs to be abolished or at the very least, hobbled to where they cannot make a move without some oversight on ea. and every decision that make.   Any federal agency that can issue mandates with the force of law needs to be reined in...or done away with.

As far as I am concerned, the EPA is at least partially responsible for this man's demise and those who helped wrongly convict him and jailed need to be held accountable.
