Just another day in Bleedmore. A shooter today is a shooting victim tomorrow, a shooting victim tomorrow is a shooter the day after. And so it goes...
Add in the fact that someone arrested for murder has about a 30% chance of being convicted of murder, so there's no reason to worry about getting caught. Its been that way for a long time now.
