I think I've watched every aviation video on YouTube. I'm particularly partial to full length documentaries, doesn't matter what they're about, as long as it has planes in it I'm happy as a clam. I d/l a new documentary last night, "The Cold Blue" about the Eighth Air Force during WWII and the film makers and video historians that rode along with them.... cost me a big chunk of data.

One of those B2 bombers flew right over town something like 30 yrs. ago. I was at my lady friend's and she and I and her roomie were watching TV. We heard it before it got to us and we ran outside just in time to see a huge black bat looking object pass overhead, so black it blended in with the sky on that moonless night.    I later wondered if they were doing a test to see how many calls they'd receive, what kind of response they'd get, but sheesh...flying about 200 ft. above the town?

Thanks Mike. I'll bet that was quite an experience.

I sped up the video to find the part about the bombers, then got bored with that, even though it sounded like Alvin and the Chipmunks, so I started skipping through it, never finding anything about the bombers. So, I went to YT and opened up the transcript and was sorely disappointed at what he thought the significance and numeral meaning was for them flying over the Washington Monument.

I'm interested in all kinds of stuff, but I believe I'll take a hard pass on any of the rest of his vids. 30+ minutes is far too long to invest in them.

Thanks Mike. Most of his videos try to get us caught up on past ones plus new info. I post them because anyone recently learning about what's happening, his vids are some of the most concise and easy to understand.
