Who has a "residential wing" to their house? Only multi-millionaires ... and Cummings makes $174k/yr. His worth is estimated to be all in his real estate / two homes @ about $1.6 million by a couple of sources. I'm thinking that they're both vastly undervalued for tax purposes.

That said, the taxes, upkeep and apparently adding an entire wing to the house seems beyond the ability of a U.S. Congressman's means.

I'm not just insinuating it, I truly believe he's one crooked S.O.B.
