With 350,000,000 people residing in the United States there will be a percentage of crazies.

An even larger percentage due to the mind and mood altering drugs that are being prescribed by doctors. It's just my humble opinion, but it's more of a problem than are illegal drugs. Many of these shooters were on those types of drugs.
