While I've never worked in a packing house, I do know one thing; I've worked cleaning sewers, on rigs where we reentered old holes and the leftover drilling mud had been fermenting for a dozen yrs. and changed the diapers of a girlfriend's baby which would gag a maggot on a gut wagon, but those smells paled in comparison to that of a packing house. Nothing wrong w/ working in one, pretty good wages, but if I did work in one, I would take off my clothes in the garage before coming into the house and would buy an old clunker to drive to work in. I wouldn't even try to sell it when the time came, but would just hope the salvage yard would take it. I'm sure they'd check for dead bodies in the trunk first, though.
