This is the way I see it gathering tidbits of information.
Someone has infiltrated our government planting operatives in positions outside of Congress and the Presidency. They spy on and gather information on anyone who is in Congress or have intentions of being President.
Simple blackmail to govern the US from outside of Congress and the Presidency.
They will destroy anyone who gets in their way.
