Health care, cost of living and security makes the USA one of the world's worst places to live

I've seen similar these before, but they never really break down the methodology of their polling. Sure, the cost of living is high in NYC or San Francisco, but why don't they ask someone in Garden City, Kansas or Mobeetie, TX. ? Yeah, I wouldn't feel secure living in St. Louis or Detroit, but there hasn't been any murders or home invasions or even shootings here in my town in years.
And the health care is not all that bad, esp. the affordability of it, not considering the cost of it in the other "better" countries. If it's an emergency, you WILL be treated and can worry about the cost later. There are some that fall in between the big crack that is our health care, those who can't afford insurance yet work and make too much money to qualify for govt. assistance, Medicaid, etc and those who get free health care, the same as everyone else in the UK. From what I've read about the care in Britain, though, is that you have a good chance of dying before you get the urgent care/operation you need.
Everything is relative; sure, the U.S. might lag behind in some categories, but surpass nearly every other country in others. I'm nearly positive THIS poll heavily weighed the former categories and omitted or lent less weight to the latter. That's how the leftist "journalists" roll, dontcha know?
