Works for me. Bolton has long been known as a War Hawk which is about 180 degrees away from Pres Trump's implementation of his vision for peace.

Me too, konane. You could get that from just reading between the lines. Bolton has since gone on Twitter by saying he offered to resign, but I reckon it was done in a hissy fit, saying something along the lines of "Well, if you didn't want me to do my job the way I see fit..." and Trump probably sleeping on it and deciding no, he wanted Bolton to do the job as HE himself wanted.

Yep, a philosophical difference, that's apparent. I think most of the American people are more than weary of these endless wars. When Obama was elected and made those anti-war promises and pointing to his vote against the Iraq War Part II, I had a little hope, but nope...SSDD. The Democrats might say they're against war, but they never have seen one they didn't like.

I won't vote for her, of course, because I disagree w/ her on many other issues, but if I was a yellow dog Democrat, Tulsi Gabbard would get my vote. She might get it anyway, because I'm thinking of voting in the Democrat primary next year.
