Thanks Jarasan. Yes she does. I'm unsure if she proves prosecutorial misconduct whether damages can be sought from the government. I hope it's possible and that Gen Flynn can be 'made whole' from the egregious misconduct by those working for Mueller. I also hope if such a ruling takes place he can and will sue each and every attorney involved for 10 times actual damages plus pain and suffering.
