Totally bizarre and there has to be something left out of the story.

Then again, the Ninth Circuit Court has always been a bit bizarre. I hope Trump continues to "shape" it to at least a balance. The Dems are crying that he's "advancing a political agenda" but why weren't they screaming that when Obama was packing the courts with uber-progressives and leftists?

Obama was not criticized for anything, he was considered a "HOLY" man.

I read the article and couldn't help but wonder, would the court have ruled the way it did if it turned out the cops had raided the wrong house that was listed on the search warrant.
