I saw photos earlier today of thousands camped out in line last night waiting to get in, and another photo about an hour before Beto's "counter rally" of about five people waiting outside. I think the final tally was 20k inside and 30k outside of Trump's rally and not quite five thousand for Beto's....and from the photos, I think they might have been exaggerating that number by at least a factor of five.

Texans came very near to making a HUGE mistake in the Cruz/O'Rourke Senate race the last election and I think many have come to their senses since. Cruz is nearly more polarizing that is Trump...and a lot of that is Trump's fault. At least Cruz is not holding a (public) grudge for the vile things Trump said about him and his family.

I saw that rally and I think it was the best one so far and you are right about the numbers, the same thing I heard. Texans are really fired up over Trump. It appears the public has had enough of all the lies and impeachment bs by the Dems and In big trouble with the voters.

Thanks Mike. My opinion of Cruz is he's brutally ambitious and would turn on Pres Trump in a heartbeat if the winds changed. Cruz seems useful but would join the choir of globalists if the political atmosphere were different.

I see Cruz as not having the fortitude to continue waging the swamp cleanup that's well underway. Pres Trump willingly, knowingly went metaphorically into a room full of Mambas, Cobras, Copperheads, Cottonmouths, you name it. What he's doing has been sorely needed for well over a hundred years.

Beto, still seems to think he's still in the middle of a frat party. Just my take.

Thanks Lejardin. As globalists are attempting to dumb down courage and conviction the greater population sees those attributes and are supporting Pres Trump. We finally have a leader who's making changes even in face of unprecedented adversity. All he asks is for our support and he's getting it.

I think you're "partly" correct about Cruz, but he's more of a politician than is Trump, certainly more intelligent. Trump's comments about Cruz and his family nearly made me into a "Never Trumper" and I know it did some Republicans and to a lesser extent, Conservatives. (the two are not necessarily one and the same, guess most people realize that now) If Trump loses this next election, it will be b/c of his rhetoric turning off some of those who voted for him last election. I like him - now - but he's needlessly petulant at times.

As far as Trump taking on the swamp critters...well, he's hired a few, let them get way too close. I dunno, maybe he was using the old Godfather strategy, "keep your friends close and your enemies closer". We'll see if he really pulls the plug if he gets a next term and doesn't have to worry about another term.

Thanks Mike. We need to remember that Pres Trump has intelligence info about people which we do not. Normally when he rails about someone there is much more to it than meets the eye. He's willing to give someone a second chance but has no use for duplicitous people.

An unintelligent non-intuitive person does not succeed in commercial real estate development to the degree he has. I feel he has plenty of IQ points coupled with keen instincts. He speaks plainly so that the average person can understand which in my opinion is incorrectly viewed as lack of intelligence. He makes himself understood in plain terms which incenses the effete class since they like to baffle with bs.
