I thought he had the right idea the other day, maybe build a wall around Boulder, Colorado. Wouldn't keep the pot fumes contained, but at least it would keep the crazies walled in.

Next wall, Berkley, then Hollywood and after that, Portland. He could build one around Austin, too, as far as I'm concerned. Just wait until the Texas Legislature is in session, keep 'em cooped up all together where we Texans can keep an eye on 'em.
