I'm not Catholic nor am I particularly religious, but I have to SMH when I see someone state they're a Democrat and Christian. I know enough about Christianity to definitively declare you can be one or the other but you cannot be both; the two are not compatible.

And, to be fair, I think there are *some* Republicans who do not deserve a Christian's vote and wouldn't argue that Trump might be one of them, but OTOH, if you looked at his opponent and admitted how evil she is, then Trump's pride, ego and sexual dalliances pale in comparison, esp. considering that the Democrats wholeheartedly support abortion at any time during a pregnancy, at least nearly all of them do.

So, good for the priest, at least he went by the Church's teachings, no matter how you feel about Catholics, Christianity or religion in general. I was angered when I found out the majority of "devout Catholics" voted for Obama in '08, but just goes to show they can be fooled the same as many other millions of Americans.
