nutritional studies.
1. The Japanese eat very little fat
and suffer fewer heart attacks than
Americans.
2. The Mexicans eat a lot of fat
and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.
3. The Chinese drink very little red wine
and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.
4. The Italians drink a lot of red wine
and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.
5. The Germans drink a lot of beers and eat lots of sausages and fats
and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.
CONCLUSION
Eat and drink what you like.
Speaking English is apparently what kills you.

Genes have a big role too, but bad eating habits can override genes.
They did a study about japanese men who moved here to the U.S, and found that their overall risk for many physical problems increased because there eating habits changed.
All 17,000 japanese men in the study were specifically told that they could not learn the english language for the entire testing period.
The test lasted 137 years.
Well, at least the ones that lived through the entire 137 year test, still outlived "normal" people here in the US!
But most of them, around 95 percent, lived only about 3 years.
That being said, I eat mostly prepared food. I once said to someone "I have so many preservatives in my body that I will last forever and never spoil!" One of these days I've got to dust off that gigantic juicer I bought online for a lot of money.
The strange part is that 90 percent of them liked the show "who wants to be a millionaire"
