I can sympathize; the church a few blocks up the street has a loudspeaker that plays music on Sunday mornings and the one just a few blocks up from that has one that plays bells. It's not as loud as the one cited in the story, though, certainly not 90 decibels. A rock concert is something like 120 decibels, but not constant. I think a lawnmower is 90.
