I remember something similar making the email rounds about G.W. Bush, that he started the Iraq War in order to prove to his daddy that he was as much a man as he was. My uncle sent that to me, forwarded from an optometrist here in town. I guess my uncle thought that since the eye doctor had a sheepskin on the wall, there had to be something to it.

Other than pointing out the eye doctor was not really a "doctor", at least not a psychologist nor psychiatrist, I also told my uncle that diagnosing someone without seeing them personally was unethical, just as the article and several of the comments state.

I personally don't think all that much of the psychiatric profession, but that's just me. That said, I have good reason to think that way, having seen friends go into therapy and usually coming out worse than before, getting hooked on some prescribed medication, not to mention thousands of dollars lighter in their bank accounts.

"Funny" how none of those shrinks pointed out Obama's narcissism; I'm no mind doctor, but he sure seemed to fit the bill. Maybe these doctors need to go before an ethics board.

Thanks Mike. I wonder if what they're saying fits classic malpractice and would make some attorney's bank fatter?
