like you have tried a lot of workouts this is one of my fav.
You take the last workout and add 137 Im using the pa pick3 midday 1/13/20  then I take the date some of the next day  it would be 5 so you go down and circle all the 5 and the winning number with be in that group good luck have fun btw if there is a number in the middle that is the one i focus on here the 556
