I got my order last Thursday.

So far I have been amazed at the quality of the food.  The plan is really great.  I still cannot eat all the recommend servings in a day. 

Jeans are beginning to loosen up... Good progress and it hasn't been a week now.

I am up to  60 ounces of water a day..

The food....

I had blueberry muffins and yogurt for breakfast this morning.  The muffins were terrific.  (Much better than than the sausage and biscuits from McDonald's.)

I think if I could drag myself away from the soda I could lose a few!

5 pounds a month gone by reducing just one a day..
If you drink 3 and drop down to 2... 5 months gone... poof.

Still having problems eating all they recommend.. the food is delicious.. however, I am not a big eater.. Guess my problem before was what I was eating instead of how much... learning a lot about my body... Still have 7 more pounds to go... Swimming season is coming up.. and vacation time. I want to be fit to run after that two year old this summer..

No soda drinks since Halloween... Doing great.. Joined the gym two months go... Haven't been in a couple weeks.. Got to get back to walking..
