a 4 is much like a  3 but when we see a 4 we times it x by the number(s) it appears with and usually you get a number back that it fell with today it was

0478 = 0(5)x4 =20 tonights number gave you three digits 749=20 will it always be that simple no

7x4 =28

4x9=36

4x4=16

4x3=12

 

I know most of us know that but there are times PC07 says I need to see some report cards so I'm just throwing it out there 

 

3 brings with what it came with 

came with the 20 sum can they just give you a 20 yes so be aware of that 

a 9 will either bring a 9,4, or 5 back in the mix or a addition of one of them 

a 7 says a 1 will come either in the pick 3 or 4 I usually tell people to remember the old

will appear within a few draws if not the next 

and vice versa
