Like change the rule or law to fit the persons agenda who rules on the rule or law. A world ruled by a governing body according to their wishes.

Any one remember what Obama said about the Constitution? Paraphrasing here. The Constitution is an old and archaic document. It needs to be a living document according to today's standards.

Thanks JAP. "Living document" is a red flag meaning it can be interpreted by whichever person is in power at the time. It creates a landscape where the two tiered justice system flourishes. We've experienced what non elected activist judges have done to corrupt the legal system by legislating from the bench.
