I skipped the game that has zero, and I started working with 761 in order to guess 196. This result was going to be a trial, I had to find a trend that brings me a win. 

I decided to multiply 13 by 3.14, got 40.82, simplified to 40.  Then I divided 761 by 40, 

761:40, properly on paper, no calculator, during division I stop on 36 1, when 1 is added, and use 6,1 to build combinations; 61_, _61, 16_, _16, 6_1, 1_6. I have to virtually get 60 Straight tickets, and I hit 196, win $500.  This game could not be played, because it was simply used to create a trend. Then after that I actually played next game ( which means I did not know what combination will come up) using the just–developed trend, and hoping it will work. 

I used now 196 to match 062. I divided 196 by 40,  properly on paper, no calculator,  stopped on 36 0, when I had to add next number which is in this case 0, and used numbers 6,0 to build 60 tickets. I hit 062, and now really won $500.

Then just for kicks I checked back, skipping combinations with zeros, I used 884 to guess 184, 884:40 on paper, properly, I got answer 84, I made 60 tickets, hit 184, so virtually won. :)
