These guys get out, get pissed off at somebody and kill again. Then what is he gonna say to the victims family? Oops my bad, sorry about that...

Thanks Grwurston. I can see releasing non violent offenders. Although I do thankfully not live in California, his actions seem not fully thought through.

He and the State are being wide open for Lawsuits, if one of these convicted killers does it again. Think about this, what is he accomplishing by doing this? Release the non violent offenders, not the hardened criminal.

Thanks Maddog. My take is socialists seem to like to have the general law abiding populous constantly afraid because they're more easily controlled. Just my take as I smooth out the wrinkles in my tin foil hat.

OUCH!

According to the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, the official recidivism rate in California has averaged around 50% over the past ten years.

So possibly 7 felons will commit a new crime upon release & CA citizens will be victims - thanks to Governor

Thanks Eddessa. This is going to be an 'interesting' experiment to watch over time. I'm not optimistic.
