Its debatable whether or not they have to keep the lottery running here in NC although I don't think they would really shut it completely down they have give the stores a choice whether or not the machine "have to run" its actually up to the managers , owners , etc. With that said I just want to throw this out there ........

HAVE YOUR TICKETS FILLED OUT your not supposed to fill them out in the stores they don't like you coming in and out the store so prior to going to play AT HOME fill  them out. 

Do not congregate stores have a limit on the amount of people beyond employees that  can be in the store at one time otherwise they are subject to fines 

if you can fill them out day / night draw play early in the morning with less traffic .

I'm seeing a lot of people saying they are going online (no names mentioned) I would HIGHLY advise against that first why do you not think that you won't be 

taxed on it ? Me either b/c you will if you any form of income is taxable in the USA . I don't care what you think or who you listen to giving someone your banking account information is nuts don't do it . About 5 yrs ago I did that same thing and my credit card was hacked one week and then my checking account two weeks later did I get an apology from them no I got " we don't know of any major problems" lol ya okay so me and five of my friends just happened to get hacked all at the same time. 

Don't spend your stimulus money on lottery you don't know when the economy is  going to get straightened back out so just pay your bills remember what its for if your behind on your bills communication talking answer the phone no collector wants to be ignored b/c they don't HAVE to do anything just b/c the way of life for everyone changed . 

stay out of big chain stores mask or no mask you don't need to go infact you can do everything you need to do online b/c many stores have the online shopping app . 

Play smart I said in the beginning that nc does not usually drop anything good when we are in crisis mode and they haven't proved me wrong yet 

no trip , no 911 , nothing but 70% repeats so play smart ...be safe , stay on your line in the stores , and be nice to each other you don't know what someone else is going through during this pandemic thing ......I have learned if I don't go back to work soon b/c I'm working from home I'm going to be big as a house LOL
