Cut sum 3, aka Last sum digit 3!

It's going to drop, I just do not have the time today, to work it out, like, which set hits the most?  Which set is due the most on either draw?  Midday or Evening?  What's the due pair?  What's the due sum?  Etc.

Told somebody to play all these numbers that are highlighted, cut sum 3. I played, 934, and 984. Missed it.   Somebody was in my ear saying, 619, which is a number I've been chasing straight. OMG, on me, I had 913 on my mind, called all odd, and didn't play it, somewhere I said, behind those 2 all even sets, a all odd would hit. Anyway, I'm still trying to win a Stimulus check.
