Guess FISA works both ways when you have a shadow government. I hate to tell this "constitutional scholar" that General Flynn was not charged with perjury. He plead guilty to lying to the FBI due to bad advice from previous legal team to prevent his son from being charged. By the way Eric Holder was with the law offices of General Flynn's previous attorneys.
