I keep shooting myself in the foot

I keep shooting myslef in the foot. I post some IL. front pairs in my blog, before I post um one hits and I didn't play it so I pull it off my list. Now tonight I decide I'm only going to play 5 out of the 10 front pair I have listed and sure enough the 31x comes in and I didn't play it. Also two of my long time pick four number came in last week in box order (7459 & 4398) and I didn't have them. So many distractions I can't think clearly, or is that just an excuse. I'm sick, just plain sick.
