We got a call at 1:05 am  from our son that he was bringing our grandson over because our daughter-in-law was having contractions and they were pretty intense so they decided it would be best to go to the hospital...So my wife and I are sitting here waiting to hear when our newest granddaughter "Alyssa Channing B." will be born...It's like having our first grandchild waiting to be born - the excitement, nervousness and delight of a new little baby making their way into this world...
