i Theres a product out there that ive found almost immediate relief to the night cramps I get--not cheap tho. walgreens is where ive found it--theraworx

Thank you!   Today is a better day! It's healing, the doctor has me on muscle relaxers, pain pills, etc. Today is a better day, than since the fall. I will try it, because, like I told the doctor, I've already went through two tubes of Ben Gay, lmaooooooooooooooooooooo.

Oldy remedy, try sipping some pickle juice (unless allergies.)

I use a product called Blue Stop from Sam's Club. Its great!
