Guilt

Published:

Will you be surprised by guilt after winning the lottery? I might be.  If I win hundreds of millions of dollars I might experience more guilt than a smaller win would bring.

There is so much inequity and unfairness in this world. You might ask yourself, "Why do I have so much more money than the other person?"

Beware of the strangers who come out of the woodwork and play your guilt against you. Even family and friends will do the same.

 Any opinions out there?

karmic reaction? Maybe. I believe that many past winners have experienced this emotion and it was surprising to them.
There is ONE who saved the World and is still at it.
We will still be limited in how much help we can give to others post win.

How about another emotion? Surprise? Will you be happily surprised when your numbers match the winning numbers in Mega Millions or Power Ball?

I would not just help myself but help others along the way, with a big win, but to make sure I have enough money to take care of myself and my cat, after I win!

Yes, Elizabeth03, "After I win!" I believe that you will have to be selective with who you help. You must expect to say NO to others. Hiring help with this problem may help you keep your winnings. A financial adviser may be in your future and a successful life.
