It's like Frank said in this interview that insurance will NOT pay losses due to riots or civil unrest. Real people have lost their life's work and are destroyed financially. 

The left could have stopped it quickly but chose to placate rioters, looters all the while POTUS offering to send in help. They refused. It's all on them .... they were holding it when it broke.
