If you read between the lines and see what is not there is... you have every right to say No to volunteering additional information. They cannot force you to talk by withholding your prize.

 They cannot legally release any other information that you write down on the Claim Form, the Jackpot Election Claim Form, nor the W-2G papers. 

 They will appreciate courteous chit chat about nothing but it will help them in their daily work.
