Yep,
I remember when I was TDY in the Outer Hebrides off the coast of Scotland many of the residents of the area still used loose tea.

Love it, thank you Hearse.   @JAP, I still use tea leaves to brew then strain using a Melitta coffee filter into a pitcher.
