Opinion: Indiana’s alternative to vote by mail: 28 days of early in-person voting

"In Indiana, we keep it simple. Our state makes it easy to vote and hard to cheat. This year, we’ve been hearing a lot about vote-by-mail states. Thanks JAP. Absolutely. I think people may not understand that vote harvesting is entirely different from absentee ballots. Absentee ballots have their drawbacks. Wasn't it during the GW-Gore election that many absentee ballots from the military were not counted?
